B100 Field Conversion Guide

Use the below steps to convert a burner mfg before 11/20/2023 for optimization with all blends.

1. Change Combustion Head Assembly* – Use Part No 77982S
   * Make sure combustion head has a gold C-clip (which designates that it is our B100 design.)
2. Check/Replace Pump – Install Suntec Pump #3006B rated for B100
3. Make changes highlighted in green above
4. Check/Replace Control – Install ProX 70200 if the burner does not already have one.
5. Check/Change Settings on ProX 70200**:

• • Flame stabilization:  5 seconds
  • CAD Ohms Max: 5300
  • Ignition Type: Smart Ignition
  • Motor Delay Off (Post-Purge): Minimum 15 seconds

** ProX 70200 controls manufactured after 11/20/23 will already have these settings.
