B100 Field Conversion Guide
Use the below steps to convert a burner mfg before 11/20/2023 for optimization with all blends.
- Change Combustion Head Assembly* – Use Part No 77941S
* Make sure combustion head has a gold C-clip (which designates that it is our B100 design.) - Check/Replace Pump – Install Suntec Pump #3006B rated for B100
- Make changes highlighted in green above
- Check/Replace Control – Install ProX 70200 if the burner does not already have one.
- Check/Change Settings on ProX 70200**:

- Flame stabilization: 5 seconds
- CAD Ohms Max: 5300
- Ignition Type: Smart Ignition
- Motor Delay Off (Post-Purge): Minimum 15 seconds
